Terms of Service

1. About FRAME Medicine

FRAME Medicine is a telemedicine practice based in Richmond Hill, Georgia. Medical services are provided only in jurisdictions where the treating clinician is authorized to practice and only after appropriate clinical review. Coaching services, where offered, are non-medical services.

2. Eligibility

To use FRAME Medicine’s medical services, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a resident of a state in which FRAME Medicine is licensed
• Provide accurate and complete health information during intake
• Not have any contraindication to the treatment you are requesting, as determined by physician review

Eligibility and availability may vary by service, clinician, and jurisdiction. We will confirm availability before medical services begin.

3. Not an Emergency Service

FRAME Medicine is not an emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Telemedicine is not a substitute for emergency care, urgent care, or primary care for acute conditions.

4. Telehealth Informed Consent

By using FRAME Medicine’s telemedicine services, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Telemedicine involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications and does not involve in-person physical examination
• The physician may determine that your condition requires in-person evaluation or referral to a specialist
• Telehealth services carry inherent limitations compared to in-person care, including limited ability to perform physical examination
• You have the right to withhold or withdraw consent at any time without affecting your right to future care
• All telemedicine sessions and records are subject to HIPAA privacy protections as described in our Privacy Policy

5. Membership Plans and Pricing

Current plans, prices, included services, and any separate laboratory or evaluation fees will be disclosed to you in writing before purchase and are shown in your enrollment or billing record. Unless your written offer states otherwise, testosterone therapy plans generally have a 6-month minimum term and tirzepatide plans generally have a 3-month minimum term. We do not bill insurance.

6. Billing and Payment

• Membership fees are billed monthly to your payment method on file
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service interruption
• We do not store full credit card numbers; payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant processor
• All charges are in USD

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are the terms disclosed in your written offer or enrollment record. To stop future renewal billing, notify FRAME Medicine in writing at least 5 business days before the next billing date. Cancellation of future billing does not replace medical guidance about safely changing or discontinuing treatment. Contact your treating clinician before changing any prescribed regimen.

8. Prescription and Medication Policy

All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of an authorized treating clinician based on clinical evaluation, lab results, applicable law, and medical standards. Requesting or purchasing a service does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. When compounded medications are prescribed, they are not FDA-approved as finished drug products.

You agree to:

• Use medications only as prescribed and directed
• Notify your treating clinician of any changes in your health status, medications, or adverse reactions
• Complete required follow-up labs at the intervals specified by your treating clinician
• Not share, sell, or distribute prescribed medications

9. SMS Communications

If you separately consent to SMS, FRAME Medicine may send service-related messages such as appointment reminders, follow-up notices, or care coordination messages. Consent is not a condition of treatment. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your eligibility for medical care, although another communication method may be needed. We do not sell or share SMS consent information for third-party marketing.

10. Coaching Services Disclaimer

Coaching services provided by Tom Rubenstein are not medical services and do not create a physician-patient relationship. Coaching includes training program design, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle recommendations based on your self-reported health status and goals. Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician before starting a new exercise or nutrition program.

11. No Guarantees of Medical Outcomes

FRAME Medicine does not guarantee specific medical outcomes. Individual results from any treatment — including testosterone therapy, GLP-1 medications, ED treatment, or hair loss therapy — vary based on individual physiology, adherence, and other factors. Testimonials and statistics shared on our website reflect general clinical data and individual patient experiences; they are not predictions of your specific results.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during intake or at any time during treatment
• Use FRAME Medicine’s services to obtain controlled substances for any purpose other than personal therapeutic use as prescribed
• Attempt to circumvent physician review or clinical safeguards
• Access another patient’s account or health information
• Use our website or services in any manner that violates applicable law

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FRAME MEDICINE, ITS PHYSICIANS, OFFICERS, AND STAFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FRAME MEDICINE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FRAME Medicine, its co-founders, physicians, officers, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your provision of false or misleading health information.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FRAME Medicine’s services shall be resolved in the courts of Bryan County, Georgia. You agree to personal jurisdiction in this venue.

16. Changes to These Terms

FRAME Medicine reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
